When you add remote monitoring to your rental, Rytech Restoration of Orlando includes a small device that sits in the room and tracks the temperature and humidity while your equipment runs. You don't have to do anything — it just runs in the background.
A licensed industrial hygienist from Rytech Restoration of Orlando (think of them as an air-quality expert) checks in on the readings to make sure your home is actually drying the way it should. If something looks off, they'll let you know.
At the end of the dry-out, you drop a small air sample cassette into the pre-addressed, prepaid envelope we include with your kit and put it in any mailbox. A certified lab checks it for mold spores — something you can't see or smell on your own.
Once the lab results come back clean, the Rytech hygienist signs off on a report that says your home is dry and safe. It's a real document you can keep for your records, your insurance company, or if you ever sell your home.
